About the Role

You will play a central role in the customer order process and be responsible for managing and optimizing order flows with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The position requires a proactive approach and close collaboration with purchasing and production to optimize material availability and delivery precision. Although you do not have direct personnel responsibility, you are expected to lead and coordinate cross-functional collaborations to ensure efficient processes.

Your main responsibilities

Independently manage and optimize the customer order process.
Register, review, and confirm customer orders in the business system.
Ensure that documentation, logistics, and quality requirements are met.
Plan and optimize orders based on lead times, capacity, and material availability.
Proactively communicate with customers regarding any changes or deviations.
Work closely with purchasing and production to optimize deliveries.
Contribute to production planning to minimize bottlenecks and delays.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in order administration, purchasing, or sales, or alternatively a vocational education as a qualified purchaser. We prefer candidates with experience working in MPS systems and a good understanding of business systems. Furthermore, you should have a strong foundation in administrative and planning-related tasks. Experience in production planning and capacity optimization is highly meritorious, and we would like you to be accustomed to working in a dynamic and changing environment.

You have excellent skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additionally, you are proficient in the Office suite at an advanced level, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You are a person who enjoys taking responsibility, is self-driven, takes initiative, drives processes forward, and finds solutions to problems. Furthermore, you have a good ability to collaborate and communicate, building strong relationships both internally and externally.
